<description>Blue Man Group is kind of amazing. It’s been running for 20 years in 7 cities globally with a cruise line, a national tour, and even a kids’ school. But yet, they’re still impossible to explain. Our goal with the revamp of Blueman.com is to stop trying to explain them. For that is their magic. Instead, we are recreating the feeling of the Blue Man Group experience.
To do this we’ve built a surprising mouse tracking program that monitors a user’s every mouse move then traces it to make a unique user art piece (creepy and beautiful, right?), a facebook app to connect ticketholders of the same show, and have brought users inside a particle of Blue Man Group sound to create their own Atomic Beat.
The second goal of Blue Man group was to take their private internet presence into the public. To take them from being proprietary to social. We have integrated their YouTube channel, Flickr photostream, reviews from Facebook, Twitter, and Yelp. And allow users to record their own video review on the site or at the show. It’s participation that we believe will move other users towards transaction. Check out the site here.

These three banners may look cute. But they are also digital marketing powerhouses. The simple plotlines and cute graphics all feature the new, and highly desirable kid on the block. But they also deliver a coupon to the masses, complete with a unique PIN and lockout cookie for added security. Because the new it thang, Miss Frappe, doesn’t just have Frapperazzi, but also some darn good bodyguards. The Monsters.

Project Type: Concept, Writing, Banner

The Leo Burnett Altoids campaign has always been curiously strong. But Altoids needed to find its voice online. We helped create the The Altoids with Leo Burnett to allow the punchy little mint with the wicked tongue to quickly comment on curiously ridiculous pop culture news. Altoids Live gave this little mint big things to say online.

Our assigment was a small direct email piece: How do you get lazy bartenders to enter a mixology competition? Make them laugh, then offer them a free trip to New Zealand for the Cocktail World Cup. Because bartenders are total winners, just not in the sporting sense. Oh yeah, and we turned this around in, like, 2 days.

Project Type: Website, Game, Concept, Design

In the West, John Henry is thought of as an older, conservative line of sportswear. A khaki and polo sort of style. But, capitalizing on the trendiness of the American Preppy look in Asia, the Celebrate Youth ad campaign, produced by Creative Juice, will introduce the brand to a younger, hipper audience abroad. The Celebrate Youth site, made in collaboration with Creative Juice, launches later this month, and we expect a monster reception of the brand. And monster sales.

That superfun, dad-picked-me-up-from-school-for-lunch-today boxfulla joy. So, working hand-in-hand with Radar Studios and Leo Burnett, we made that box into an online toy. A bite-sized boxed lunch of fun and sillyness. And we made it into an application too, in case you want to pick up a little joy at the drive-thru window. So go ahead, play with your food.

Title: HelloPOD
Project Type: Website, 3D Animation
Production On Demand is a great indie commercial production group. Small, scaleable and ready at a moment’s notice to shoot anywhere, for any product. They assemble each team on a project specific basis, from just a DP and Director, to a full crew with hair and makeup. So, we wanted a conceptual site that gave them a ready, but simple feel. And we also made use of their acronym, POD. So, we sculpted a 3D model of the POD in Maya and then launched it at helloPOD.com
